Harrogate Town's Yorkshire derby clash with Bradford was halted in bizarre fashion due to the assistant referee suffering a nosebleed.
Play was stopped for almost ten minutes in the first half of the League Two clash, as the official required treatment at the Envirovent Stadium.

Despite blood pouring out of his nostrils, the official looked in good spirits as he was seen laughing with medics.
As the game approached the half-hour mark with Harrogate 1-0 up, the referee signalled for a pause.
It led Harrogate to post on X: "A stoppage in play as the Assistant Referee receives treatment for what looks like a nosebleed."
They followed it up minuted later by stating: "Still waiting for play to restart here..."

As for Bradford, they updated their fans by messaging: "Lengthy stoppage in play as the assistant referee on this near side is treated for a nosebleed.
"After around five minutes of treatment, he looks to be able to continue."
And supporters of the Bantams were quick to poke fun at their struggling forwards, with Graham Alexander's men scoring just once in their last four games.
One fan quipped: "Saw City have a shot on target and had a nosebleed."

This X user then replied: "More likely a shot that was off target caused the nosebleed."
The stoppage led to a total of nine minutes of added time to be played at the end of the first half.

And it was the hosts that claimed all three points, as George Thomson doubled their lead in the 73rd minute from the penalty spot.
Things then went from bad to worse for the visitors shortly later when Daniel Oyegoke scored an own goal.
The result has seen Harrogate, who sit 13th in the table, extend their lead over 17th-placed Bradford to four points.
